Elizabeth Williams started out as a reporter but soon learned that the hours were better in marketing and went off to do that.
She has since worked in marketing and corporate communications in the insurance, technology, advertising, telecommunications and financial services sectors. She secretly wants to be a figure skater.
She is currently the director of marketing and communications for ADP Canada, prior to which she worked at Rogers Communications, Trapeze Software, Bank of Montreal, Aon, Marketrend and MGI Software. Her mother is becoming concerned that she can’t hold a job.
When she isn’t at work, Elizabeth is negotiating with her teenaged children, playing soccer, skiing, gardening or cooking.
She is also a part-time professor in the Humber College School of Business and she writes the almost-famous Bizmarketer blog.
